Adult Grappling | 90 minutes
Our grappling program combines a hybrid of multiple disciplines, including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Sambo & Wrestling. Designed to teach you standing and ground techniques like joint and ; choke holds, you’ll learn how to throw and take down any opponent.

Classes available with or without the gi (uniform).

Muay Thai/Kickboxing | 60 minutes
Learn various striking and clinching techniques as you master this combat sport of Thailand. Known as the "ancient art of eight limbs,” be prepared to use your fists, elbows, knees, and shins.


Freestyle Fitness | 30 minutes

An efficient and effective way to improve your strength and endurance, this combination cardio/fitness class is designed to build a powerful physique. You’ll be put through a series of full body, circuit workouts that will help get you lean and strong.

Kids Classes | 60 minutes
Our children’s program is designed to teach discipline and coordination while developing strength and agility. Your child will not only learn the fundamental principles of martial arts, but will build confidence and skills necessary for a successful future.
